Outsourcing Manager / New Zealand

We are recruiting an Outsourcing Manager to join our team in New Zealand.

Tasks:

• Market prospection to identify new opportunities of business;
• Provide a positive contribution to culture and company Growth;
• Identify and manage the needs of our customers in a proactive and creative way;
• Customer management and procurement;
• Meeting or exceeding Sales KPI’s;
• Conducting interviews;
• Build and Develop your own team of developers.

Requirements: 

• 1+ years of experience in IT Sales Business Sector;
• Passion for technology, people and commercial area;
• Self-motivated, driven by outcomes and loves challenges;
• Strong customer relationships skills;
• Relevant Knowledge in IT New Zealand and Australia market is a big advantage;
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Some Technological understanding;
• Energetic Creative person with a positive attitude;
• Worldwide availability to travel is a plus.
