We are recruiting a P&C Generalist to join our People & Culture team in Oporto, Lisbon or Fundão.
Tasks:
- Recruitment and employer brand’s promotion on hiring events and job fairs;
- Establish and follow up on partnerships with universities;
- Managing the employee experience and its full lifecycle in the company;
- Managing the training process;
- Administrative HR processes execution;
- Plan and implement motivating team buildings and contribute to a happy place to work;
- Being a part of our social responsibility actions;
- Being a promoter of the employee relations, as well as employee development and reward;
- Source and define new compensation and benefits options, in order to improve the employee’s work-life balance.
Requirements:
- People and IT area passion;
- Degree/Master in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Social Sciences or similar;
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources;
- Transparency and confidentiality on the relationships;
- Proficient skill-set in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English language (spoken and written);
- Keen on learning and developing new skills, having a growth mindset.
