We are recruiting a P&C Generalist to join our People & Culture team in Oporto, Lisbon or Fundão.

Tasks:

  • Recruitment and employer brand’s promotion on hiring events and job fairs;
  • Establish and follow up on partnerships with universities;
  • Managing the employee experience and its full lifecycle in the company;
  • Managing the training process;
  • Administrative HR processes execution;
  • Plan and implement motivating team buildings and contribute to a happy place to work;
  • Being a part of our social responsibility actions;
  • Being a promoter of the employee relations, as well as employee development and reward;
  • Source and define new compensation and benefits options, in order to improve the employee’s work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • People and IT area passion;
  • Degree/Master in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Social Sciences or similar;
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Transparency and confidentiality on the relationships; 
  • Proficient skill-set in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • English language (spoken and written);
  • Keen on learning and developing new skills, having a growth mindset.
