System Ninjas – IT Support

We are recruiting IT young graduates, to join our IT Support’s team. 

What do you need to be an IT Support Ninja?

• To have any tech-related specialization or degree – Level 3 to 7 from the European Qualifications Framework (QEQ).
• Focus on confidentiality, Network Administration, Information Security and Servers;
• Knowledge in LAN/WAN Networks, Wireless Networks, Internet, Routing;
• Knowledge of TCP/IP: addressing, classes, mask, subnets, etc;
• Linux/Unix experience;
• English – Spoken and written;
• Willing to be a System Ninja Master.

And because attitude matters, you must have:

• Problem solving ability;
• Take a preventive and proactive attitude;
• Ability to work in high pressure environments;

What is nice to have (it’s not mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of public clouds (OVH, AWS);
• Have some knowledge of ITIL;
• Knowledge in managing Office 365, Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus;
• Helpdesk service.
